- You will receive a full 7-day period to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 7 days for a store credit or a refund; such refund will be made within 30 days from the date of return.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging and have no visible damage or usage.
- If you are returning a product that is faulty (out of box failure) we will collect the item and replace it as soon as possible.
- Should the item become faulty during the warranty period, it will be collected and returned to the supplier who determines whether the damage was as a result of mis-use or a factory fault; in the first case the warranty is voided, and in the second case the buyer is entitled to free repairs or a replacement unit either of which is decided by and at the discretion of the supplier.
