Typographical Errors

While we make every effort to ensure the products information and pricing on our website are accurate and current, there may be instances where inaccurate or incomplete data is displayed. In the event that item information is incorrect, such as listed with an incorrect price, availability, or with incorrect information, Sound & Cinema Online shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event an item is incorrectly priced,Sound & Cinema Online, at our sole discretion, will do one of the following:

• a.) If an item is priced lower than the displayed price, you will be charged the lower amount and we will ship the item.
• b.) If an item is priced higher than the stated amount, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue you a full refund.
• c.) We can hold orders for 24 hours paid for by EFT, should your payment be made after 24 hours, the stock will be released, and your order cancelled.

Correctly delivered items that need to be returned, shall be liable for a 15% re-stock fee which will be applied, if necessary, at our discretion.
